Learn the basic skills required to save a life whether it is an adult, child, or infant. If you are already certified, we provide re-certification courses for individuals, small, and large companies. Details of the course include:

• Understanding and perform the 5 steps of CPR safely and effectively
• Knowing how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
• Knowing the correct techniques associated with resuscitation including body posture of patient and self during sequence and recovery
• How to recognize and relieve a person choking (airway obstruction)
• How to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies including sudden death

• CPR Level A+ Heartsaver + AED
• CPR Hero in 30
• CPR & First Aid

Certification is valid for either one-year or two-year period, however, we encourage participants to review the material on a regular basis in order to keep yourself up to date and ready to respond in case of emergency.
