SERVICES
The road to victory begins with a process!
That process begins with an initial consultation where we’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, establish your “why” (also known as the foundation that supports your goals), and consider other details that are pertinent to getting you started.
An evaluation follows after where through our three-tier stat measurement – bioimpedance body scale, caliper measurements, and covert-bailey tape measure test – and a nine (9) exercise baseline fitness test, we establish our physical starting point.
Working in line with your fitness goals and the results of the evaluation, we will design a program that caters to your needs, addressing your weaknesses, solidifying your strengths, and improving any areas where instability is a factor. The goal is simple: challenge your comfort zone through various training methods with the purpose of generating results that go beyond the scale.
Adequate spacing is provided, incorporating both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).

FAQs
I’ve never had a trainer before. What should I expect?
Expect to be uncomfortable! With over 12 years of training experience, we are able to adapt to any level – beginner to advanced. At GoodFITT, we focus on periodized progression and improvement. Hence the importance of the initial consultation and evaluation – to set a starting point, work within the framework of the client, and progress each client as their strength, endurance, and stability improve. Expect to be asked questions and please be prepared with your own!
The last time I had a trainer, my goals weren’t met and that discouraged me. How can I be sure that this experience will be different?
Goal-setting is a very important component of our program with our clients therefore we take time to listen to what you desire to attain and work from there. Of course, your goals must be specific, achievable, and realistic. Sometimes clients have a tendency to set “target dates” for themselves that may be too short in duration from the initial start of the program or they don’t consider that circumstances in their lives change and therefore so do their goals. We can guarantee that we’ll provide you with the tools and energy required to succeed both during and after your sessions. The energy and effort that you put out is up to you!
What if myself or my partner is unable to come to our scheduled session? Do we lose that session?
No, not at all! We respect the fact that schedules may change within a short frame of time or other circumstances come into play. All we ask is that notification is given in advance so that we have adequate time to adjust, or the scheduled session can be re-scheduled possibly to a later time or another day. If you or your partner can still make it, the session continues as scheduled with possibility of the session time being reduced.
The program you create for me – can I do it at home, at the office, or if I’m away?
Of course! We make programs versatile to your training environment! Even if you don’t have access to weights, a bodyweight version of the workout can be provided. We suggest the purchase of travel-sized equipment such as resistance bands or skipping rope that you can use at home or on the road so as to not miss a beat with your program!
